Commemoration progress

If you have accepted an offer for an official commemoration you can track the progress of the commemoration by entering the offer reference number below. The offer reference number can be found on the top left of the Offer of Official Commemoration letter. If you cannot find your offer reference number please contact the Office of Australian War Graves on 133 254, or email us at wargraves@dva.gov.au.
