Secure access to online services

DVA Connect online services give you secure access to information and transactions.

Before you can access our online services, you'll need a Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account, to enable secure access to DVA Online Services. This security credential protects your security and privacy when dealing with us online.

Please note that the authentication process has changed from using VANguard e-authentication and AUSkey to PRODA.

You will need to register for a PRODA account to be able to access DVA Online Services.


How to get a PRODA account

Follow these steps to prepare for the change to PRODA. We encourage all users who use DVA Online Services to do this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in accessing our services.
