The authentication process for Veterans’ transport has changed and the Medicare log in method is no longer available.

To access Veterans Transport, you will need to create a PRODA account. If you don’t have a PRODA account, go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/proda and from the side menu select "How to register for an individual account".

Once your PRODA account has been created, please access Veterans’ transport via https://connect.dva.gov.au/index.htm. If further assistance is required please email ICTSB.CMVS.Online.Services.Support@dva.gov.au.
